After days of deadlines, projects, exams, homework, and meetings, come Dance with Jigz.
Dance with Jigz is a unique mix of Cardio and Strength workouts including Zumba, Pound, Zumba Sentao, Bollywood, Zumba Toning, HITT Workouts,
Oh, my glutes, muscle builder & much more. Learn styles like Salsa, Bachata, Flamenco, Funk, Cumbia, Reggeaton, Quebradita, etc. We will be dancing with attitude to upbeat music. We'll be foot-tapping on Latin beats and international music which will energise you throughout the day.
Classes will begin with a short warm-up, continued by a detailed class breakdown for 40 minutes, and quick cool down. Feel free to stay afterward to take a video of yourself for all the social media world. We typically do new variations every class. Occasionally, before warm-up, we’ll play the previous week’s songs for fun, so feel free to join in (whether you know the choreo or not)! Again, we are dancing to shake the stress away! What kind of shoes should I wear? Recommend Asics dancing shoes, Nike flex shoes or Zumba wear shoes.
Are there any props which we need to have? Props make it fun!! Wohooooo we have a lot of props we work with and we keep adding them to add flavours to the class. But typically, we use props like Dumbells (1 to 15 kgs at your comfort level) , Resistance Bands, Pound sticks, Comfortable Mats, Chair , Scarf, Mini Towel & much more...
